The celebrations began with a glamorous red-carpet welcome at the Skyline Gondola, where guests were treated to a stunning dinner setting overlooking Rotorua’s sparkling nightscape. The following evening, the festivities continued at Rydges Rotorua with a grand awards gala that brought together style, sophistication, and a touch of airline magic.
The event theming was designed to impress, featuring an entrance lined with towering peace lilies, lush ferns, and tropical palms, all enhanced by gorgeous mood lighting. Highlights included a custom Air New Zealand light-up bar, a Helloworld photo wall framed in gold and adorned with fresh florals, and matching gold frames for the awards backdrops, creating a cohesive, elegant visual story.
Guests dined at beautifully styled tables, set with gold placemats and rich purple napkins to complement Air New Zealand’s brand palette. Each table featured custom travel-themed destinations, bespoke menu designs, and vibrant fresh floral arrangements to complete the luxurious setting.
