I have worked with Deb, Penny and the team over the years and they deliver excellence each and every time! I appreciate how they get us and our people and produce the most beautiful events with different themes each year. This year was based on a mix of old Hollywood and the Oscars. Last year the theme was the Greatest Show and they designed the most beautiful lit up bar (wish I had a photo to share) and champagne wall, that turned into another photowall. It was a pleasure working with you and Jodie. Both Ainslee and I were extremely impressed and appreciated the professionalism, creativity, and flexibility you both demonstrated throughout the planning process and on the night itself.
The event looked fantastic and the feedback from our client and attendees was overwhelmingly positive. The room transformation exceeded expectations, and all the themed elements came together perfectly. The colourful chair covers, centrepieces, entrance styling, and overall attention to detail really helped create the fun 80s atmosphere we were aiming for.
The interactive TV photo booth was definitely a standout feature and generated a lot of engagement throughout the evening. It was great to see the dance floor was busy all night as well – it certainly felt like the guests embraced the theme and had a fantastic time. We also greatly appreciated your willingness to work with us around the venue access constraints and room flip schedule. Nothing ever seemed too difficult, and you both made the process seamless from start to finish. It was a genuine pleasure working with the Wild Apricot team, and we would not hesitate to recommend your services or work together again on future events in New Zealand.
